• As an Artist Member, you can:
  • Connect & Collaborate
    • Network with other local artists through FRAA meetings, classes, and events.
    • Build connections with larger arts organizations such as the Lane Arts Council, Oregon Coast Council for the Arts, Oregon Arts Commission, and Oregon Cultural Trust.
    • Attend our quarterly member meetings to share ideas, provide feedback, and vote on FRAA leadership and by-laws.
  • Create & Exhibit
    • Sell your work in the FRAA Gallery.
    • Host your own one-person show in the Gallery.
    • Participate in FRAA-sponsored art shows like the Writers’ Salon, Poetry Fest, Rhody Days Arts Festival, Holiday Arts Festival, and Winter Music Festival.
    • Display your art at community venues including Oregon Pacific Bank, the Florence Events Center, the Florence Chamber of Commerce, and the Siuslaw Library.

    • Receive discounts on FRAA workshops, classes, and sponsored events.

Join the FRAA Board of Directors

Do you believe in the power of the arts to bring people together and enrich our community? Florence Regional Arts Alliance (FRAA) is seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors.

Our board helps guide the vision and direction of FRAA — shaping our goals, strengthening our programs, and ensuring that the arts continue to thrive in Florence and the surrounding region.

You don’t need to be an artist to serve — just someone who values creativity and wants to make a meaningful difference in our cultural community.

Board Member Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to ensure FRAA’s mission and values are upheld.
• Participate in monthly board meetings and serve on at least one committee.
• Assist with fundraising and community outreach efforts.
• Support sound fiscal management and strategic planning.
• Promote and attend FRAA programs, exhibits, and events.
