2D Change Out

Please come in and pick up your artwork.  It is required that all pieces be picked up.  We do hope you will bring something else in for the wall but only pickup is required so we can refresh the walls.

NOTE 1:  We are going to ask that you keep the size of your piece to 44″ when you add the width and the height (e.g. 20″ x 24″ works as 20+24=44).  We think most of the artwork fits within these dimensions, but realize this might cause issues for those of you who work big.  We have so many wonderful artists and we really want to fit everyone in.

NOTE 2: Please remember your piece must have a wire on the back for hanging.  We try to catch this as we receive your piece, but if we discover it later, we will need to call you to pick it up.  A wire is necessary at most galleries, so we don’t think we are asking too much with this requirement.  If you need help with this, let me know and I can ask John Leasure to help you.NOTE 3:  It is wonderful that we are getting so many new artists, but until we get to know your style, if your name is nowhere on the piece either via a signature on the front or a label on the back, we have a hard time matching the labels later when we are hanging.  So please make sure there is some identifying mark on your painting.  Many would tell you a typical Gallery requirement is that you should have at least your name, piece name and media on the back.  Maybe make that a goal.  

NOTE 4:  If you have both 2D and 3D, please come to the 2D day.  Once we hang the 2D artwork on Monday, we can’t add to it.  But we can accept your 3D on Monday and set it aside for the 3D display team for the next day.
