The show is juried; new applicants please upload photo(s) of your work & Booth Display!
Each application must be juried in, signed & paid for or you will not be permitted to participate.
Chairs will be provided. There is no individual music and no early breakdowns of displays.
Vendors will need to provide table coverings - skirts for the tables will be provided.
Please bring appropriate electrical extension cords if you requested electricity.
FEC Concession stand has lunch available from 11 am to 2 pm. Snacks only after 2 pm.
By signing and returning the application with booth fees, you agree to the following:
Vendors agree to abide by the regulations of the FEC and agree not to hold the
organizers, FRAA(Florence Regional Arts Alliance), the FEC, or the City,
responsible or liable for fire, theft, breakage, loss or any other damage however
caused, and they are released from any and all liabilities for any loss, damage or
injury to any and all persons, employees, and property. Vendors agree to follow any health
mandates at the time of the Festival. If the Festival is canceled due to health mandates,
checks will be returned or refunded.
Vendors agree to donate 10% of their gross sales to the FRAA Arts Center.
Checks to be made out to FRAA and collected at the end of the show.
Deadlines - all applications and checks are due by July 1st. Vendors will be notified of
acceptance by July 5th. No fees will be returned after July 15th.

Each vendor is responsible for their own sales and collecting payments, cash is encouraged and must be tracked for the commission due at the end of the event.

Please bring your own change as there will be none provided at the event.

  • You agree to abide by the regulations of the FEC and agree not to hold the organizers, FRAA (Florence Regional Arts Alliance) the FEC, Friends of the FEC, FACE or the City, responsible or liable for fire, theft, breakage, loss or any other damage however caused, and they are released from any and all liabilities for any loss, damage or injury to any and all persons, employees, and property.
  • Applicants agree to follow any health mandates during the Art Fair. If health mandates cancel the event, checks will be returned or refunded.
  • If application is not accepted or received after the application deadline, FRAA will refund the application charge in full.
  • No fees will be returned after 2 weeks before any event. Please keep a copy of your application.
  • Vendors Agree to donate 10% of their gross sales to FRAA.
